The 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is comprised of many different trims and configuration types, but for now, we’re going to focus on the popular base trim, the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300. Compared to last year’s version of this vehicle, the 2017 iteration boasts a host of new safety systems, a new powertrain, new styling inside and out, and a new level of autonomous driving technology. We’ll start off with what’s under the hood, which is a 2-liter four-cylinder engine that cranks out 241 horsepower. Switch things into Sport or Sport Plus mode, and the acceleration gets boosted, allowing you to zoom around corners in comfort.
The
2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class boasts a knockout interior with stylish designs,
high-quality materials, and fresh technology. The seats feature active
multi-contour and massaging functions available as options, and the even
without these luxuries, they are supportive and comfortable. The adaptive
cruise control now can be had with a feature called Drive Pilot, which
maintains distance from the car in front of you and follows that car through
curves. Steering Pilot includes an active lane change assist. Once you’ve set the
cruise control, you can use the turn signals to make the car change lanes
without your intervention. Finally, the optional Premium 3 Package includes
Burmester premium audio, automatic parking assist, air suspension, and more.
