Comments: My overall expirience working with Michael was great. He answered all of our questions and gave us a great deal on our ML 350. I have already mentioned Michael to several family members that are interested in purchasing a new car.

Comments: My husband and I were looking for and E550 Mercedes. There was one in our local area of Chesapeake, VA. however the dealership seemed to care less weather they sold the car or not, so we started searching elswhere. The only other dealership was in Va. Comments: They were very helpful and displayed good teamwork. Their customer service was excellent! I would recommend to anyone who wants a good car and a good experience shopping for a car to visit Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and ask for our sales/ management/ finance team.

Comments: Michael made the buying experience great. No pressure. He spent time with me as I tried different cars and decided which one I wanted. I believe the price I ended up paying was fair, and they worked with me on price. Tom, the finance/paperwork fellow, made that part of the experience enjoyable. Overall, a no pressure, painless experience for buying a car -- what more could you want?
